This is a 30:00 continuous running clock. So have the water near, the towel close, and your bladder empty. Pick your weight on the Deadlifts! First round going unbroken should be possible/doable. Posterior Fatigue in the second round should make these sets a lot smaller and eat up more clock. Form should NEVER adjust, only plan of attack.
